Phone was not unlocked could it use it

Purchased this product advertised as fully unlocked. Inserted my sim card and it did not work. Contacted my service provider and they checked my IMEI number and it reported that the phone was still locked by the original carrier. Phone came in good condition just couldn’t use any service provider.

I was feeling a bit skeptical after I placed my order but I was proven wrong! The phone looks brand new besides some very minimal/ light scratches (almost impossible to notice) and the battery life is still at 100%. I also like that there was a screen protector on the phone

The iPhone box did not include the iPhone. The iPhone box only had the wall charger, thunderbolt cable and the ear phones but no iPhone. I am assuming the person that installed the SIM card in the iPhone forgot to put the phone back in the iPhone box. The cellophane wrapped around the iPhone box was wrapped clumsily and in a hurry.

This is a high quality refurbish. Just like new. Arrived a day earlier than scheduled. Complete with charger and SIM card tool. Very, very happy!!!

There was no mention of a crack in the glass on the upper right corner. This should have been mentioned.

Bought the renewed premium version of this phone. The camera came cracked and the battery capacity was below 90%. Also, the phone had a whole bunch of sticky stuff on the side (as seen in the picture). Immediately returned the phone for a replacement.

I was really nervous to get this at first, but I went with the premium option and couldn’t be more happy! There’s a few scuffs in small places but that’s to be expected and I don’t mind. Battery capacity was 100% and set up very easily. My SIM card from my iPhone 7 works fine!
